Iida on the other hand would still be alive, but would lose his left leg and his right arm would be slightly weaker, as he would be found by Todoroki, who would be in a coma after he saves Iida because he didn’t use his left. Overhaul’s plan would have succeeded, Nighteye, Mirio and Bubble Girl would have died aswell, leaving Tsuyu alone to not be able to breath due to the loss of energy and no hope to move on. Rock Lock would die the same. All Might would have died unable to defeat All For One because he has no one to look up to or remind him of his courage before. David would die, Melissa would have been killed. I-Island would be taken over...
