The mental health act with absent physchiatrist landlords and constant levels of watching the people in prisoned is lawless and uses an absent presence by making abstract accusations against helplessly stranded customers.

I was put on a community treatment order ( you tube "fighting universal credit street f " and fighting welfare's poetry ) my name is Stuart. The hospital said for the conditions that I had 'a history of violence and aggression towards others including family members' the hospital upheld a complaint that they got this and other things wrong in my records and it wasn't written in the responsible clinician's report. It looks like the health ombudsman has found this too complicated. Any powers that help me?

there you have it. i had no idea its family that keeps you on the treatment order and keep you on poisonous meds. now i know. thanks alot

The family cannot object the CTO if clinicians feel it’s needed, therefore families have no power.

This Draconian approach which is agnosticism, is a harpooning (a sharp with a barb on) an oppressive expression of mobile luxury on the sick (oil) and being hung out in a butchers shop window (beef hooked) or treated like meat. There we are; what does it mean about love God with all your sole with all your heart and with all your mind and love your neighbour as yourself, common Irish: it's an uneducated problem "Whale.Oil.Beef. Hooked!" (Mental phonetic) and not love God and do unto others as you will have them do unto you (the truer common English equivalent)

I’m on a community treatment order till jan 2022 unless they renew it again they probably will as I’ve had to be recalled in the past and as for appealing it I lost that lol

HI there. The fact that you are on a Community Treatment Order means that you can actually be in the community, so that's great that you're not in hospital. It's a way of ensuring you stay well in the community and don't get to the point where your mental health deteriorates to such an extent that you need to be sectionned again. Best wishes, Beth

Try experimenting with things this lot never use. Hair mineral test is good. Better than a blood test and the people aren't into slavery.

​@@DrBethColby Forced psychiatry is defined as torture by the U.N. These hypothetical scenarios that try and justify forcing neuroleptics with the most horrendous side effects is deplorable. These CTO's cause people so much despair that they commit suicide. Shame on you to try and justify this.
