Merry Christmas John. I would suggest getting surgery for a torn labrum. Mine was torn and I kept dislocating my shoulder during my sleep! Just do all the PT afterwards and you'll be back even better.

no doubt if you trained full time, you would be the mitch hooper of your class. im betting weight class strongman is about to blow up and be a major competitor to crossfit. You have the potential to be the Mat Fraser of strongman, at 5' 9" you maintain being relatable to the masses while exemplifying the human potential. the drama and story of strongman is just so much more rich.

Off topic but can someone help me? I am looking for a deadlift bar in Europe. My options here: atx deadlift bar, ohio deadlift bar, texas deadlift bar and the bastard deadlift bar from strenghtshop. I am a beginner-intermediate powerlifter who trains on a stiff bar at home but wants to experiment with a deadlift bar, I am not the best puller (PB 225kg). Want a good whip and quality/price ratio. Wich do I go for? Thanks in advance!
@DJHAM7A13 сағат бұрын
I got a strengthshop deadlift bar and it serves me great. half the price of a Texas so I think it's the best quality/price ratio. I pulled 340kg for 4 reps on it.

Texas is the most likely one you'll find in powerlifting meets that use them, at least here in the States.
