MHFU | Ashen Lao-Shan Lung

I want to hunt Ashen Lao or Lao in general with only my weapon and armor (with heroics). Since I'm using heroics with GS on Lao, I can't attack his belly since his stagger is damaging. So, my only choice is to attack his head over and over, although his head is 'not so great' hitzone.

This video from a year ago, huh! I just got back into it in Dec 2021 with a fresh new character. Haha! I fought Ash Lao in hub quest line a few days ago. Haven't gotten to Nekhot's one tho. Love your MHFU content, Prey! That's a really nice heorics run! Very hefty damage you're dealing to Lao even though his head is not so great a hitzone as you said.

cause the ammount of damage was not enough. there was enough red left, that when that red recovered it was not low enough anymore. thats why he used a bomb again outside and double checked if you noticed

Yep, its health stop decreasing at 1000hp(the Granny's), Nekoht's and Guild Hall's is at 3000hp IIRC

Yeah "heroics" skill boosts your attack by 40% if the health bar reaches under 10%. Its very risky and not worth to use unless you can avoid all damage

B, A, Right, A, C, Up, Down, A. BARACUDA with one R for short. Use that at the Press Start screen for Sonic 3d Blast/Flickies' Island, then start the game, and you should be in the Level Select screen. That's the best cheat code in my opinion cos I can remember it and BARACUDA is pretty cool and cute that they spelt that out back on the Mega Drive/Genesis. Nothing to do with Monster Hunter, but it's a great cheat code. For a general purpose old cheat code, lots of old Konami games and plenty of games just enjoying keeping the tradition alive might use, Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start, is what is known as the 'Konami code'. That could be considered the best due to its mass utility.
