@@magosexploratoradeon6409 Fatalis is already in MHWorld with the Iceborne DLC. Technically every MH game released after MHFU is a successor. lol If we're talking about what resembles MHFU the most by content and gameplay, I would probably say its MH4U/MH4G since it matches the *amount* of content MHFU had to offer at its time. Unlike the crazy shenanigans MHGU and MHW:I brought to the table. MH3U is an oddball with the underwater combat but very interesting nonetheless.

I had no healing left and 1 well done steak, no hot drinks or paintballs(i hadnt memorized the areas he goes to) and the bastard charged me. The classic one i had already been diving aside consistently for... but this time i had no stamina and didnt realize it... i was out... Man, my beautiful less than a month old Green Peace Walker PSP... i let it fall on the bed and i Falcon Punched it and shattered the entire screen... 😢... For people who is reading this comment, this is just an exaggeration, seriously, only handful of them that actually have blatant bad hitbox, raths tail and plesioth are the one that stood out. Even tigrex hitbox is much more makes sense than those 2 monsters. I GENUINELY surprised by how accurate the hitbox in this game since most people say how bad it is (i expect something much much worse) and im a fucking 5th fleet hunter, i had no problem getting to g rank since i choose to gunned the shit out of any raths and plesi variants and use ds for the rest of the monsters. BUT, i assure you that this game hitbox will make you rage if this is your first monster hunter game.

Honestly for me the biggest QOL was the removal of the goofy flexing animation. It was so annoying in old games to have to run a mile away to heal cuz the game rooted you in place and did the flexing animation only to immediately get hit, you couldn't even cancel the animation which sucked.

@Kakantor
@Kakantor 3 жыл бұрын
@@chargemankent I started playing at MHF2 and while I can't speak for the older games I can say that I don't think it's true that it went downhill after that. MHFU hold a precious place in my heart because of how great it was...for the time. It was an improvement compared to MHF2 because of new mechanics. New games also introduces new mechanics that are sometimes a miss (like underwater combat from MHT) but that's part of progress, sometime you have to miss to correct your aim. MHW have a lot of features that are cool af, and is objectively better on a lot of aspects. Nostalgia make me want to say MHFU was the best too, but that's not really true.

As I've gotten a group of my friends into the MH series... I tell them all the time how spoiled we really are with modern MH games and it's always funny to see their reactions when I show them the games I grew up on. A big pink/green monkey with explosive gas, a giant rock Golem with a heat beam, combustible gas and toxic cloud, the coolest elder dragon to date (Chameleos), and an unnecessary flex that comes after eating or drinking. I truly do love the MH series, but I don't miss getting hip checked by Plesi, having to flex after eating/drinking OR getting rammed by Bullfango. Does anyone actually remember the Vespoid Queen?
