I remember playing mhfu my first weapon of choice was ds but i have to use so many resources. Pitfall shock trap, 2net 2trap tool, 5flash bomb,10 bomb materials, 10 flash bug. Just to executive more combos. But when fighting this cursed creature (plesioth) i use gs or ls. But its still hard for me and most of the time reset game that hipcheck is legend

Plesioth spins 2 times,4 times or even 6.. basically even numbers so those are also perfect for dishing more damage.

Plesioth can make odd number spins if he gets into rage mode in the middle of it, effectively canceling his spin animation
