Sharpness +1 is very good. It's ALMOST a replacement of ESP because you get a Sharpness boost. I pretty much had Sharpness+1 in all of my sets in this video, except when I LS'd/GL'd. I used ESP for those sets.

I'm not the guy who made the video but for Black Fatalis it's pretty much the same except Black doesn't have the call lightning instead he has a body slam and rush so don't stay directly in front of him unless you can block or evade really good

MHFU's very last quest contained on the UMD is White Fatalis. Once you beat Crimson Fatalis and all Epic Hunting Quests in G3 it's unlocked. IIRC in the final White Fatalis quest after Crimson and all Epic G3's, he acts like a real Elder Dragon and flies away after a set amount of time, then you can do the quest again with accumulated damage.

This method definitely works on Crimson. It can sort of work on Black, but you can't really attack from the front as he is on his belly over half the time. Being in the back of the leg of Black Fatalis is the way to go.

Dude, i am very much impressed. I might actually try fatalis with an SnS now. Mainly because it seems like the easiest weapon to use against it. Silver Sol armor and AOS for the win!!!

@SeductiveToast Reason Gunlance is so good vs Fatalis is its armor piercing attacks. Shelling deals not so much damage on most enemies but on high defence bastards like White Fatalis and the like, it actually deals much more damage than most weapons. Plus the Wyverns Fire knocks a good chunk outta it too. However, a lot of people in MHF2 used bows/L-Bowguns since White Fatalis hasnt got very good mobility and they could keep hitting its head and wings for extra damage. Bit chicken if you ask me.

Bouncing does not affect the damage, it just makes you open for the monsters attacks.

In MHF2 he's the real final boss, in MHFU a HR9 white fatalis quest is contained in the game, no download required, so he's technically the final boss, rather than an extra sideboss.

Not sure about the lance, but the Gunlance is mostly "Devout End", the final stage of the Silver Rathalos Gunlance. In MHF2 the best gunlance from silver los is the Gun Chariot.

Bouncing or no bouncing will cause no damage reduction. The 5 monsters should be Cephadrome, Plesioth, Shogun, Rathalos, and Rajang. Unlock the Rathalos through elder Troublesome Pair.

Yeah. This video was a pain in the ass; no doubt about it. Took me 2 or 3 weeks, only working on the weekends. When I was halfway done, I screwed up the file, so I had to start over on the editing. At least I still had the clips of me fighting the Fatalis. Getting the clips was hard enough because Fatalis doens't always do what you want it to do, and for some reason, I missed a lot. I'm just assuming the irritation.

Nice! I don't like using bows against strong enemies as I tend to think I can't kill them in time. Trying to solo it with dual blades. I'm going to try hammer then. Awesome guide.

Yes, it will work on Black and Crimson. Black just doesn't have the Claw attack, that's all. Fatalis doesn't have a King / Mini Size. The size for Fatalis is SET.

I loved ur GS,LS,SnS very impressive with lance was just basics but with GL u should mix the head locking with Gun-shots for more Dmg specially when enraged/armored mode, one mistake i happened to see though is in 8:33.. u never wyvern fire when he does lightning, unless u really close and even so u would be taking a High Risk of getting hit with lightning after the HUGE recoil/push back of Wyvern Fire. but great video 10/10 on all Swords GJ

Yes, you can. The best part is, you can even attack behind Crimson's right leg without even have to worry about getting hit by a Meteor, unlike White Fatalis.

Dragon Demolisher DOES indeed not have purple, but if he has Sharpness +1 then perhaps, I dunno, but anyways, I think that's AOS for the SnS and I'm about to try this and if I can't do it in 3 deaths, I'll say if it carries over or not. I stopped playing for awhile so I just downloaded the quest so wish me luck :P

Yeah, I also noticed that. JP version of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (MHF2G) has more gore than MHF2, and it seems Unite got censored in this part of the world. Anyway, if you want gore back, you can use Custom Firware+CWCheat, there's a cheat that increases the gore displayed (from normal to awesome to excessive). I don't know why the video has normal gore, since seems to be MHFU.

How long did you take to complete the one horned diablos quest in the guild? And, is it possible to kill it using Hi Frost Edge? I finally finished ALL the training with all weapons except special training though and I am relieved.

okay can you briefly describe this "armor mode" thing because i start fighting him and after a while i assume he gets into his rage mode first(because of all the red electric stuff around him) and after he gets out of rage and i attack him some more it looks like he goes back in rage but this time it seams like he never gets out. It's possible to kill Fatalis without bombs, but it would take an incredible amount of time.

Try to get Smolder. Red Dragonsword could work, but it will definitely take longer.

i love ur vid realy but.... when we makes a special move u know exactly where his head comes so u hit where he goes.... now the question.. isn't monster hunter for you a 1000 our during combo attack? .. you know hitting to the left with fire ball when he land hit his leg.... this might be the best way but i dond like to do waths best i like it to fight him as hard as poseble... and again REALY NICE VID MAN

If you're playing F2, I suggest HGE and ESP. Evade isn't even needed.

Bomber makes your bombs 50% stronger. I use bombs when Fatalis is in Armor Mode. You'll notice that I have a Fatalis Bombing Guide video.
