Some dude did it in 24mins Guild style LS with no armor 😂 so its doable for everyone but you need to be agressive. I would reccomend Absolute Readiness on any single build so you stay in purple the whole fight and never have to sharpen

Best of luck with the other ones. (I will say for soulseer if you plan on using longsword try to stay away from its front claws cuz you will almost always bounce off of them)

Woooow absolutely amazing hunt, ggs!! I could feel the stress in me aswell, just by watching you. I have not tried bloodbath EX myself... One thing that could have made a tiny bit it easier for you: A lot of times you could not use sakura slash because the openings for this move are very limited in an EX hunt. So i would definetely have chosen critical juncture here. Since all that bloodbath does is attack you with his head - his weakspot. So every time critical juncture is up, you can instantly use it the next time he comes charging. And maybe you even get a flinch :)

Great job on soloing Bloodbath. It is surely not easy thing to do. It took me 5 Months to completely solo it because I was so adamant on using Valor Longsword and no cart run. Yes, it's suck to be a tryhard lol.

One thing with this EX is that unless you get lucky with Defender/Divine Blessing, Defense only means something for the small attacks, so it’s better to focus on damage if you have the roar and charge covered (which with Adept, you do). It’s not like Thunderlord or Boltreaver where you can, in theory and practice, carefully utilize a skill like Dragonheart to gain survivability against their most devastating attacks, even though it really feels like you shouldn’t, or charming Poison Res against Dreadqueen if breaking then severing the tail is a tall task of you; Massacre Demon Diablos is just you, your weapon, it, and maybe a Sonic Bomb before it reaches 50%, and that makes it my favorite Deviant and one of my favorite monsters overall. Well done on completion. Close shave and ending spectacularly, the only way it could. Enjoy your kickass pigment.

For context, EX Bloodbath is set to go into Phase 2 MUCH faster than every other Bloodbath quest In other quests its at 20-25% HP With EX its at *50% HP*

I don't know if it works for every dig, but sonic bombs are effective after the first roar, but only after he digs and moves to a new position underground. But it's so risky that it is seldom worth it, maybe there is some telegraph to know how he is going to decide to burst out of the ground but I haven't figured it out and seldom feel comfortable enough to risk someone's run trying to figure it out, I've only seen it once and done it once.

sonic bombs only work when he isn't enraged, even after a few roars, as long as he isn't enraged, it will work, you can tell he is enraged because when he is enraged he breathes black breath, does the double horn slams, etc. I can usually only get 2 sonics off in a hunt. so most people don't even bother.

You do it just before the tail goes fully under- that way he doesn't have the chance to move. I've been fighting this behemoth with a friend (we do duo EXs, without other people) and you can get a pretty good Sonic and flash combo if you both know what you're doing.

Just this game and Generations. You can pick styles in both games. Adept style if you dodge just as you are about to get hit, you do they dodge......down side you can't level up your sword unless you adept dodge.....only then do you have access to the final roundslash
