Fully agree. I have been inclined towards spirituality (God) as well as suffering from OCD and some degree of BP since last 30 years now. I have suffered a lot in both personal and professional ways. I have come to understand that Guru is not just required for answers to our questions but Guru is an answer to every question. You don't need to meditate but on Guru. You don't need to conceptualise God other than in the form of Guru. Without a Guru to love and to obey, you just do everything what you are not supposed to do. You never realise that spirituality is not about desire to be somewhere or to become something. It is exactly opposite of that as it is about not thinking about yourself. Not thinking about yourself is only possible after development of a desire for Guru. Without Guru, one can never be spiritual just like one cannot push against anything in vaccum to move forward. Guru is not just a guide, Guru is the destination.

Aap itne jayada knowledge kaise rakhte hein...mein hairaan ho jata hun....aaj tak bohot psychiatrist ar psychologist ki baaten mein suna hein...dikhaya vi hein....lekin aap jaisa knowledgeable mein aaj tak nahi dekha...koi vi muje Aaj Tak aap jaisa diagnosis kar nahi paya....ab mein 47 saal ka hun....muje 2008 mein achanak severe anxiety aur depression ho gaya tha....aur till mein juj raha hun....mein 2008 se pehele 1.30 se lekar 2.30 meditation karta tha...woh vo 3 AM to 5 AM bich ye mein regular basis 3 years Tak Kia, iske baad muje achanak severe obsessive compulsive disorder ho gaya sath mein major depression and till date mein kavi psychiatric medicine se kuch din Thora Thora thik raheta hu fir se depression mein chala jata hun...sath mein suicidal tendency vi raheta hein....ab mein ek prakar ki treatment resistant depression se juj raha hu....MERE VI SALAH KI MEDITATION KE BATE MEIN AAPNE JO JO KAHA WOHI SOB LOG MANKE CHALENGE TOH FAIDA HO SAKTA HEIN AUR AGAR MERE TARHA KUCH KARNE LAGE TO , AAJ MERA JAISA HAAL HUA HEIN WOH KISI KE VI SATH HONE MEIN JADA DER NAHI LAGEI....

I also understand that brain can work only one task at one time...hence , meditation is not different from daily activities...

Sir,I had harm ocd.....but I listen osho...and he make me understand that how do I detatch from thought.....your act therapy also says about detachment.......

Mere husband k saath yhi ho raha hai ... Bahut zyada meditation krte hain aur khud ko hi ab Guru samjhne lge hain .... 😔

Jada spiritual hoge to mental health kharab hoga..kyuki tum sansarik chiz ko faltu logic se dekhoge..aur bahut sare chizo ka answer nhi milega ulta dimag ulajh jayega..
