When you thought a small village in a snowy mountain was in 2G was nice, 3rd drops with the introduction of Zinogre and a whole shift to a traditional Japanese style village centered around hot springs. Beautiful game.

Tip by Baactorina: When in mud or snow, turn around with the joystick while being observant of the monster, and it wears off almost as quick as when you look for the cleanser on the combat inventory. Mud lasts for less long so the trick works quicker.
