@@Luca-vy1dh This mod is on GameBanana and there you'll find another two amazing mods called ''MHGU/XX Rebalanced'' and ''MHGU-HD-Project''. MHGU/XX Rebalanced is an interesting mod because the creator has made some changes to the MVs of the weapons. He even improved the Palicos moves.

holy crap my guy what are you doing with D-pad assigned hunting arts? change that configuration to ZL + A/B/X! that way you can AIM your hunting arts and hit monsters where it hurts

It is available when using the Valor Hunter Style, you fill the Valor Gauge (Gauge that is just above your name) when attacking and once it is full, for example with longsword, you can counter attack by good timing with the first hit of the Spirit Combo. Hope this helps :p

i know this is super late but you could mod your 3ds(super easy) and download mhxx(japanese version of mhgu) and get the english patch(also super easy). it’s how ive been playing it even tho i already have mhgu on switch. its just so nice playing monster hunter on 3ds
