I love Afflicted Furious Rajang. Unlike the non-afflicted version, this one doesn't give you constant knockdowns to abuse and even it's exhaust state is more interesting than most.

Excellent run, I like your unique playstyle. Do you go quick sheath lvl2 on purpose to extend sacred sheath's counter window?

Thanks. I love this playstyle as it doesn't rely on Harvest Moon at all making it far more consistent. And trying to precisely weave around the monster to land those juicy Sacred Sheathe Charge attacks on weakpoints is a lot of fun. And yes, exactly. The sacred sheathe stance is super quick either way and this gives you a much larger counter window as otherwise it's easy to accidentally go into the stance too early. Additionally, not spending that slot on Quick Sheathe means you now have it for something else.

Not unlucky, I just messed up. Had plenty of time to react there and go for a counter but I got greedy. It worked out though as that move does no damage and I still got the quro burst on the traded hit.

How to move like that? I mean u are sheath ur sword but u can freely move/teleport

When you sheath the weapon you can use the dodge button to hop around

The counter mechanism only works when the sword is not in sheath. Its completely opposite to secret sheath. So qs2 will increase the counter window.

If you're using Special Sheathe, it will allow you to get into the Special Sheathe/counter stance quicker. If you're using Sacred Sheathe as I was here, it allows you to get into the Sacred Sheathe Charging stance (the stance before releasing the triple charge attack) much quicker. QS3 would allow you to go into that stance even quicker but I find QS2 to be more reliable for Sacred Sheathe as it gives you a bigger window to counter before that stance since you take longer to get into it.

Yeah this playstyle isn't super reliant on having constant wirebugs but it would still be nice to land more Sakura Slashes at a faster pace. But of course I'd have to sacrifice some damage or something so it's a tough call. But I love the variety of effective playstyles Sunbreak has.
