Hi I filmed it from the jewish qurter from one of the Balconis that was open to to the public ,I waited there 5 hours befor it started so I can film from there :)

Thank you for your answer! Really five hours? The blessing (for Passover) starts at around 8 am! Thanks anyway, good to know before I go there. But how to get to the balcony, is it possible from the Plaza? I just couldn't find any information about it in the internet, only the Simcha Hall, but it doesn't seem to be the right place.

Yes you can go into the jewish Qurter and go to the balcony in every day but just in times like priestly praying you can only if you come much befor it starts because its very crowded /second there are 2 priestly blessings the next is 2 hours later ..I waited too after the 5 hours another 2 hours to the second blessing .Good luck all the best.Eli
