I've played for like 10x less and I've had Teostra teleport across my monitor several times. Zinogre will sometimes drift towards you when running and Apex Diablos can just sit there in his idle animation for a really long time.

I tend to when my wifi plays up. It's typically the only time me and friends see any bugs.... a least until last update where my nitrosrooms in my inventory seem to have glitched me more than I'm supposed to carry. I play mushroommancer builds so having 40 in my pocket on my switch version was... i didn't know I could carry that many! Some of these aren't glitches, just funny random moment which is nice too. It's good us hunters can laugh at ourselves and have a good time.
