i must humbly mention that this is a general description and apricated . bipolar and schizophrenia can be converted into gift of nature with reasonable effort. those people are unique and full of creativity. there are thousands of examples when you search. these may be disability but not incapability. thank you for the super explanation

Contact your doctor or your mental health team in your hospital. Drugs might need to be changed or increased in dose

When can we stop taking medication for BPD or should we continue our medication until death
@MentalHealthRoundTable4 жыл бұрын
Well for most people it is that you have to take medication for all life, at east at a smaller dose. You have to talk with your doctor about this. It would be ideal if you do not have to take medications at all. But think of it like having diabetes where you have to take medicine for the rest of your life. It is not better to take medicine and live an optimal life rather than to be restrained to your home and not live upto your potential.

No one in this world is a mentally ill patient. Everyone has got their unique ways of behaving. I do agree with the part “Hereditary and environmental conditions” , it can matter. Yes ! But what I feel is we all feel negative sometimes with the conditions and situations. We all get negative distractions, challenges and drawbacks. The way how we behave is different. My problems is I get over arrogant and aggressive when I have negative consequences. Should I take medicine for the life time or how can I overcome it ? I find my own ways to overcome it like dancing , reading books , watching nature , making a cup of coffee, doing hand works , writing essays and doing make up. When I am sad I don’t do any of those. Am not a patient. I am unique. That’s how I feel about myself.
