Everytime i get to the adress part and push submit it says it cant proceed because of lack of credit history, I just turned 18 and no one can access my medical records and I'm chronically ill. i tried calling a number in the mhs pamphlet I was sent and all hours of the day everyweek it says its not in office hours and hangs up. Ive tried using my DoD card and SSN. I'm having a flipping breakdown rn
