@@stevoyah the reason he is using savage axe on kushala is because when you deal a certain amount of damage to the head you can trip lock him for the duration of the fight otherwise he will fly all the time.

The chrome machina switch axe has poison phials that are purple ticks and explosions if that's what your looking for. Looks really cool. And you if you throw free element skill on it the melee axe and sword attacks proc poison as well.

I only had 10 seconds left before I'd fail this mission. Fuck Kushala and Kirin for delaying me so much. MR Kirin is too tanky, Kushala is Kushala, I went literal apeshit on Teostra. Rocks, Dragonator, smashing him into walls, furiously attacking him with my weapon. I managed to kill the Teostra with a tenderizing hit.

Yeah, it depends on the monster. Kirin is tiny, and focussing every attack on kushala's face is imperative because kushala.

aglav needs handi 5 non element and sharp jewel + constant sharpening it may result in more damage on paper (well for saed for sure) but your build looses crit (which is quite bad for savage axe and saed hits then) and sharpening every 2 minutes is annoying also luna has better slots and you can mess around with your build more

Anyway, since after 400+ hours I haven't dropped a capacity boost jewel and since savage axe doesn't seem to need that 6th phial so bad as SAED would you recomend to change the dodogama greaves? I would like to play with a more optimized set but dodogama is the only way to get capacity boost without the decoration

MR Kirin is worse than AT Kirin but MR Nergigante is easier than AT Nergigante so it will depend. However, there’s tempered MR monsters so you can expect AT MR monsters to be released eventually.
