追記：防具について「ほとんど使われることはない」と言ってますが、火力を求めた場合であって他の目的があるなら使っても全然良いと思います（そもそも防具のチョイスは他人がどうこう言う様なものではないですが！） それから、ガイラスライサー系と覚醒爆破の比較で、無属性強化について言及するのを忘れていましたが、それを考慮しても覚醒爆破の方が良いという結論は変わりません。 柱を殴ってみればわかりますが、一応根拠を置いておきます。各種バフや切れ味補正その他諸々を考慮すると、覚醒爆破がガイラスライサー水（ガイラの中で一番物理が高い）を上回るのに必要な加算バフをxとして (310+x) * 1.39 > ((300+5+8) * 1.05 + x) * 1.32 310: 覚醒武器の武器倍率 1.39: 紫ゲの物理補正 (300+5+8) * 1.05: 無属性強化を含むガイラ水の武器倍率, 8と5はそれぞれパーツ強化とカスタム強化 1.32: 白ゲの物理補正 これを解くとx > 49 となります。これは飯種粉塵護符爪たけで達成できてしまう上、覚醒の方には爆破やその他属性もつきます(・ω・｀) Forgot to mention non-elemental boost in the comparison between Taroth Slicer and Safi weapon, but the conclusion wouldn't change even if I took count of that, based on math stuff I wrote above. I'm gonna skip the detail but to summarize, Safi weapon is stronger even without considering its blast or other element if you get the attack buff above 49. This number can be reached only with meal, Powercharm and talon, Might seed, and Demon powder. You can easily get it by attacking the pillar in training area.

I find it interesting that the return of Kulve Taroth has rekindled a flame for the MHW community. When I started playing back in April of last year, people had a very low opinion on KT, yet now that she's in MR, everyone is losing their shit. I’ve fully upgraded and augmented the Kjarr water and fire SNS. But i augmented fully for raw damage and health regeneration. Don’t forget that Kjarr weapons can take “custom upgrades” on top of regular augments. Took A LOT of mats but those two weapons are at Safi levels of raw now and have a ton of element too. Not sure if Ice will be worth it because of the lower raw. But I’m gonna find out so have some more grinding to do 🙃

@Zen Very informative video, as always. Did you try out how the kjarr slicers perform if you augment and custom mod them for full raw damage? Because in this video you went either full raw or full element. I'm not just simply talking about damage on paper with numbers, but rather because even with full raw SnS builds you use sword combos too to some extend not just pr and fb, so I figured full raw on kjarr slicers might suit your playstyle more and perhaps get you better clear times🤔

割合で見るとJRの差より旋回ループの差その方が大きいし、 傷バフ込みなことも考えると考えると並ハンには安定して火力出せる皇金のほうが良さそう 龍脈覚醒は火力がどうこうというよりは回避性能が盛りやすいことや傷なしでも高会心を維持できる所が重要ですね

I think a video on the fire element Kjarr would be nice, it has 10 more raw than the water but 9 less element, a Kirin hunt I guess. We need more testing, maybe custom upgrading for raw instead of element closes PR and FB gap? This update is nice, so many options.

imo, I'm pretty sure they would end up the same because in the Blast SnS' case, you're trading that extra raw attack for the Blast procs you would have gotten.

Without anything else factored in, Non-elemental boost would be 300 true raw (displayed as 420) with a 5% boost, coming to 415 effective raw, after applying the sharpness modifier. Compare this to even the Critical Brachy SnS, which also has 420 displayed raw but purple sharpness as well. This gives you 417 effective raw (after the sharpness modifier), and you don't have to use up a decoration slot for a skill. Very similar numbers, but there's not much reason to choose it over the Crit. Brachy SnS. Not even for aesthetic purposes thanks to layered weapons.

Why using elemental upgrades rather than attack? I think critical element (1.35) is lower than critical boost (1.4)

I think this is because the increase rate of critical element is higher than critical boost lv3. It makes *1.25 critical damage *1.4, which means it increases the damage by 12%, while critical element increases by 35% (when the affinity is 100%). This is why elemental upgrades can deal more damages than raw.

無属性強化は1.05倍、切れ味ゲージが白から紫になった時の切れ味補正が1.05倍ですからここで引き分けになると思います そこから3スロと4スロの差（ガイラ武器に無撃珠をつけるならスロなしと4スロの差に）があり、 おまけに爆破もついてます

詳しい肉質は忘れましたが、あの柱は属性肉質もモンスター相手ではあり得ないくらい柔らかいからだと思いますよ 黒いタルが一番硬いので、柱より黒タル斬ってみたほうが実感しやすいです
