Why didn't Meadows replace the old slow 2-seater with the new high-speed 6 seater? That approach would have more than doubled their capacity at this location, as opposed to the slightly less than 50% increase they got by replacing the 4-seater?

The Mt. Hood Express four-seater had reached the end of its operational lifespan, so that's why it needed to be replaced. Blue is also a fixed grip that can run in more extreme weather conditions.
