To me, I would say rather different. The one piece dress is different, revealing shoulders, the socks are over knee socks. The unused Guild Sweetheart looks like the Moga Sweetheart though. And oh dear upon looking into the details, I realized the image for Katherine on the Fandom Wiki, her Poogie is missing the left hindleg.
