மிளகு சாதம் | Pepper Rice in Tamil |

நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
நெய் / Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
பட்டை / Cinnamon
லவங்கம் / Cloves
ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom
பிரியாணி இலை / Bay Leaf
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
முந்திரி / Cashewnut - 10 Nos
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
உப்பு / Salt
சோம்பு / Fennel Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
மிளகு / Pepper - 1 1/2 Spoon
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/4 Spoon
காய்ந்த திராட்சை / Dry Grapes - 20 Nos
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 2
வேகவைத்த அரிசி / Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
