The salad I'm preparing has: tomato, spinach and cheese, mainly.
So today I will prepare something healthy for you.
First we need something to cut: a knife.

This is a mixture of mini tomatoes from Spain that I really like.
They have an incredible flavor.
And now we continue cutting ...

I think that's fine.
The spinach that I like most for the salad is called "Baby Spinat"
It is called "baby spinach" and I like it because it is small, so I do not have to cut it and it comes washed and dried, ready to use, which saves me time when cooking.
Very practical.
It comes from Italy and it's good too.
But where am I going to eat the salad I'm preparing?

A special cheese that I just discovered recently called "Skyrella"

It's like Mozzarella, but it has more protein and less fat and ...
SKyr I like it a lot, they also make it like a yogurt based on Skyr and ... I do not know why I'm talking about Skyr.

Das Video ist sehr hilfreich und spanisch zuhören und zu verstehen. Aber die armen Tomaten hahah ganz schön zerhackt. Trotzdem sieht der Salad sehr lecker aus.
