柠檬汁 2tsp or 10g
吉利丁片 8g
白砂糖 20g
Step 3 装饰:
白砂糖 50g
杏仁片 few
漂亮草莓 3颗

Step 1 Butter cookie:
Lotus cookie(or any cookie you like) 90g
Unsalted butter 40g
Step 2 Cream:
Fresh strawberry around 300g
Mascarpone cheese 250g
50% Whipped cream 300g
Strawberry yogurt 100g
Lemon juice 2 tsp or 10g
Gelatine sheet 8g or Gelatine powder 6g
Granulated sugar 20g
Step 3 Topping decoration:
Granulated sugar 50g
Almond slice few
Pretty strawberry 3 pcs
