The most comprehensive video I have ever seen, many thanks. I experience side brush stuck warning. No matter how hard ı cleaned it does not work. May be my motor is also broken, I will try to replace it if I can purchase one in my country.

I believe! They have current sensing to check if there is a fault or problem.

Hi sir please help me, i am big fan your work, I learned a lot,i have two buck converters szbk07 and lb07, on both of them current adjustment option does not work even on load applied, i even changed the cc pot with 100k precision pot .how to fix this?please its really impotent to me

Thanks for the video! My issue was, to shut off on normal, strong or turbo mode within a couple of seconds. Now I replaced the fan/motor, and it works on normal, but still shut off on strong and turbo. Any suggestion? Regardless, still an improvement!

Hi. In my case it was only the faulty motor. you can try a factory restore.

So what's wrong with the motor? did you try to disantle the faulty motor and see the problem? it might still be salvagable to be made as spare part....

The motor doesn't seem to have mechanical problems, the fan rotates smoothly, doesn't wobble. I haven't disassembled it yet. There may be a fault in the circuit, or the motor may have an internal problem that draws more current, so the vacuum cleaner think that it's clogged.

Hello from future, you can disassembly the 3 screws and take of the board with rotor, its like a computer's cooler. On mine it was some oxide on 3 resistors on the hiden layer from pcb

Can these faulty motor get repaired or they r just disposable?. In my case there is terrible humming sound from the motor.Fiters, brushs r all clean and tidy.plz advice.

I don't think the motor can be repaired. In my case the motor doesn't seem to have mechanical problems, the fan rotates smoothly, doesn't wobble. I haven't disassembled it yet. I have the same robot but when I plug in the mop, it works, but it only passes the mop in the same place, what could it be? Without the mop works well. I already tried reseting the map, but no success.

I think the reason is a cheap brushed china motor with coils problem.

It's a brushless motor, but it still has a coil or circuit problem.

Poor engineering design! Accessing parts should be design in such way that it would be easier to replace them. But the manufacturer counts on the fact that you would just give up and buy a new one. Sneaky. Good job Sorin! How about some Arduino projects?

_D&R department: design must have a lot of screws so we can screw the poor soul that have to try to fix this. (bad joke, I know) . Now seriously speaking: my only problem with robots is that if I get any kind of such technology (because of cameras, microphones and other sensors) if it need to connect to the internet to work then i am not buying it for 2 simple reasons: 1- It can spy on me and 2- companies nowadays update devices to take features from costumers or even remotely disable the device completely in order to sell you a new model. And yes I know that i am a bit paranoid about technology.
