Really enjoyed this video! I don't mind either sped up or real time, there's advantages to both. I just love to watch a good draw and chat video. :) Someone else suggested doing drawings of your plants and I think that's an awesome idea! You could do it as part of the plant tour!

This is completely unrelated to the video but every time I see you open your bound sketchbook I get a lot of motivation to try book binding again. I told myself after each time I did it that I would never try book binding again because it was such a headache for me lmao, but I guess I never learn... Loved the video, I am sure you are going to find your motivation again!

Ahhh this was so much fun to watch!! Your sketchbook drawings are always so colorful and every time I see you using the Tombow markers I'm like dang I really should start using mine just to add some pop and color to my own sketchbook spreads ;w; I personally don't have a preference to the type of footage you put in your videos (real time, sped up, etc.) and I think having elements of both add nice variety to your videos. Can't wait for the plant tour!

To answer your question at the end, I prefer longer videos that are not sped up because I get to hang out with you for longer. But honestly whatever grants you less pressure is what I prefer. I just want you to be happy as the content creator lol. I'd be up for a plant tour too! Whatever you feel like creating :D

Where do you get your Canson XL watercolor paper? I pick mine up from Walmart and I've found recently that they don't have any Canson XL papers period. Their shelves look really empty but they added a few new Grumbacher papers, so I picked a pad of the Grumbacher watercolor paper up. I've been wondering if Walmart is getting rid of Canson XL or maybe they were just out of stock? Strange.

I was so excited to see this vid in my sub box (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ Question about alcohol markers and sketchbooks. Is there *any* sketchbook that alcohol markers do not bleed through? I'm talking about bleeding to the next page *and* through the page. I like working on both sides of the sketchbook. I saw the Rendr sketchbook thing and it looks OK, but I'm wondering if there are any other options.

the Rendr is the only one that I know of that doesn't bleed through! it works pretty well but alcohol markers do lay down pretty weird on this paper. the paper also isn't super heavy, so it's not the best for mixed media!

You should give illo sketchbooks a shot if you can, they ghost and bleed like a little bit but not too bad. The way alcohol markers work on that particular type of paper is so much better than other sketchbooks Ive tried. They blend so nicely and appear more true to colour and not like 3 shades darker than they actually are. The paper also doesnt rip up even after many layers and a lot of blending.
