Phenomenal podcast. I am on a GLP and it did wonders for me. I been on it for a year. Retired BB that became a diabetic. I reversed my diabetes with this and got crazy shredded without a big caloric deficit. My wife said, "I hope your not competing again." So my doc is happy and of course i am. This Doc is what we all need in a family physician. Good stuff!

NMN is Nictotimide Mononucleotide. NR is Nictotimide Riboside. Niagen is NR, not NMN. He seemed to be using the two interchangeably.

This can't be Ben Pakulski. Pakulski was twice his size and this guy here looks old, damaged and weak.

Pakulski looks way better now. Bodybuilders frame and look is very distorted. In fact bodybuilders look old and many are insecure.

He’s much healthier… he made it a point to get smaller once he was done competing. Smart move, smart man .
