Don’t worry !!! Our family cat ran away because we moved- she travel 20 miles away back to our old house and then came back to the new house. We found her months later living in someone yard as a stray, about 1 mile from the new home!!! Cats are amazing and can find their way home

Mia, light a candle and ask Saint Anthony to help your kitty come back, it's worked for my furry friends every time they ran off even one missing for 3 months and I tried it for 10 days straight(asking him for help) and my kitty returned the 10th day(I would have as long as it took and he came back!) Love listening to this during the Chinese year of the wood dragon. it truly felt like the energy of the wood dragon at the heart of this conversation. I've never been inspired by dragons in "kids' movies" but definitely in "kids' games"! Especially the one from Dragon's Dogma. That whole journey was very much a spiritual initiation led by a dragon. he even literally initiates you by clawing out your heart with his talon. Just read the theme song's lyrics (Coils of Light) and tell me you didn't get chills just reading that alchemy in verse, from a kids' viddyuh gaaaimehh Anyways thanks for the permission and reminder for us to reignite this joy and sense of abundance we get in nature. Honestly I think the cat will return. But I also feel people jump to the "LESSON" it's okay to have your feelings about what happened. I think the most healing thing is to allow your followers to see that it's okay to feel your feeling about a pet that held an important place in your life. Obviously everyone should do whatever they feel like. But clearly there are some feelings there.

Yes, that's supposed to happen with certain fast breathwork to put your body in a stressed state to show it that it won't die and return to normal easier. I had that happen at first.

@psychicerinsears I would try box breathing then or the 4-7-8 breathing for you. Box breathing is breathe in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, and hold for 4. Repeat. I like 4-7-8 myself. Breathe in for 4, hold for 7 then out through pierced lips for 8 seconds. Of course, you could change the number of seconds but that one is quite common. Probably just stay away from the fast breathing exercises because these work just as well if not better cause you'd be more likely to continue! I don't know how long it would take as we are all different but for me, I felt better almost immediately. Maybe because I had put it off for so long and I felt accomplished to have finally done it! And I remembered to watch my breath when responding to any negative people!!! That alone is a game-changer with all the toxic people now! Blessings! 🙏♥️🫡🤗

The cat was lost while *she* was on safari in Tanzania. She didn’t say she brought her cat *to* Tanzania. I assume the cat was left at home with a pet sitter taking care of her. I doubt the logistics of taking a pet to another country would even be possible for a short vacation.
