ബ്രെഡും പാലും കൊണ്ട് സൂപ്പര്‍ ടേസ്റ്റില്‍ ഒരു നാലുമണി പലഹാരം ||Bread Snacks ||Evening Snacks

Ingredients: (Makes 10)
Bread slices - 6
Milk (Do not add hot milk)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Raisins
For the coating
Cornflakes
Cinnamon powder - ½ tbsp (Optional)
Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
Steps:
Powder the bread slices finely in batches.
Add raisins and sugar and mix with hands.
You may also add finely chopped nuts.
Add enough milk so that it holds it's shape when made a ball.
Add in batches.
Mix cinnamon powder and sugar.
Coarsely powder the cornflakes using a rolling pin or pestle.
Shape the bread mix to the shape of your choice.
I am rolling as an elongated shape.
Roll it in breadcrumbs so as to get a nice coating.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them on high flame till golden.
Remove and let it cool.
Once cool, roll them in cinnamon powder - sugar mix.
Enjoy the sweet bread roll.
