Miami is known for its nightlife and while we don't go out as much these days, we wanted to show you what a Saturday night out looks like in Brickell. Good Video, I wish you the best on your channel, definitely Sugar is one of the best rooftop bar, great sushi and if you going to stay at Brickell, East Miami hotel is probably the best pick, they also have Quinto la huella, great Uruguayan restaurant, before living in Miami, I will stay most of the time in East hotel, you won’t regret it.

Can’t thank you enough for this video. I’m planning on staying there. I saw all the restaurants and didn’t really know much about them. I really enjoy your short and casual descriptions of the restaurant. Some of these videos when it comes to restaurants and food think they have to Have these long videos with pictures of their meal. I need it when I saw those trees....I said it looks like Virginia. I live in Richmond, VA trying to move to West Palm Beach area near Palm Beach. You will not believe how many Florida license plates I see. I said it was a sign from the universe. Miami too much traffic for me and many people said the people are mean etc.. Getting back to the license plates I would be at a random place turn down a street I never go to park my car and look up a Florida license plate. The place I want to move to is over $4000 a month with a view of the intracoastal and downtown. Yes, it is expensive as to why I am presently in training/education classes to get my VA and FL real estate license and do other income streams. Wow....Virginia. You need to go to National Harbor they are some beautiful townhouses there with a rooftop of I think it is the Washington Memorial Highway plus you can be in similar environment. Also, the Wharf has waterfront shopping dining etc. I think it was a good decision. It is always easier when you have another person like your boyfriend. It is just me trying to do everything. Enjoy Viriginia as you can see it is still hot here. Sunshine and Rainbows to you and your soulmate!!! 👼👼👼

Hello, how's the bureaucracy to get a lease in miami/brickell (or in US), Im moving next year, and I believe my net salary will be in the range of 3x the rent I wanna get, do we need recommendation letters or just the move in fees and showing my work contract is enough? Thanks a bunch!

Every building is different but 3x the rent is standard! First, last and 1 month deposit is also due in the first month. Some buildings don’t require the last month and have a lower deposit but they typically have their own leasing office and don’t go through a realtor.

It can get bad when it rains in Brickell but hurricanes typically miss us. Usually just windy, cloud and wet.

I usually don't give negative comments / feedback now I have to 🤷‍♀, but when I read topic of the video, this content really didn't match of topic, you didn't went to best restaurants in Brickell (I have been there many times, luxury nightlife & luxury restaurants life included). You have done also some good videos (those that I have watched), so I decided to give feedback to this one. You went one nightclub which was practically empty and then you thought "maybe it was good place" like that you didn't even know is it after you left it. Then you went to sushi place that didn't look so nice and in end you went to empty ice cream place. From my experience best places aren't empty in Miami nightlife or in any other major cities and in Brickell there is actually a lot of really luxurious places you could gone. That something you expect when you write to topic "Miami Brickell Nightlife: best restaurants & places to go out". You had just ~7t views on video, while you could have 10x more if you actually went to best places. There are plenty of examples in KZbin when you put Brickell Nightlife to search. My point give negative feeling, but give feedback that could help your channel become better. 👍🏻✌
