Yep we need all that and don't forget 2 new safties cause I dont think we will and we shouldnt give Holland a big contract.. he's not a big play (turnovers) safty and he was selfish this year with business decisions and not hitting anybody cause he didn't have any guaranteed money left. 1 great year at safty doesn't deserve 20 million a year especially right after a BAD season fir him

1. Restructure Tua , Chubb , Waddle , Ramsey. 2.Extend Sieler , Brooks , Brewer creating more cap. 3. Resign Dodson , Calais , Benito and Hand...maybe Robert Jones as a cheap depth piece , Kohu. 4. Release Mostert , Smythe , Julian Hill , Berrios , Bailey 5. not offer contracts for Holland , Poyer, Eichenberg. 6. Sign a top tier FA G like Fries or Jenkins and a good S 7. Get a backup QB like Dobbs 8. Draft either Banks , Campbell or Starks , if all are gone trade down in the 1st and get Booker or Grant later. In the 2nd if you got your OL then DT like Deone Walker , Nolan , Harmon or S like Watts , if you need an OL look at Savaiinea , Conerly , Ratledge , Simmons, Millum and the likes...maaaaybeeee Jaxson Dart ??

Here is my checklist for our team Sign a good backup QB, Get better IOL and get rid of Jones and Yikenburg, Get more DL, Sign/Draft a better safety, Get a big physical TE like a Tyler Warren in the draft if he’s there at 13, get more LB depth in the draft, and draft an Edge and get rid of Chubb, Terron, and Tyreek to clear some cap space. Also maybe draft a CB as well in the later rounds.

I would've fired Grier and McDaniel already, and sole at the trade deadline after the second Buffalo loss, in order to get a jumpstart on prepping for the '25 season. Hire a GM who thinks like Roseman, and give a blank check to Ben Johnson. But here we are, so: >Tell Weaver that if next season doesn't start well after about six to eight weeks, McDaniel's getting fired and he'll be the interim coach, and will be evaluated for the HC job. >Don't fucking cry to me about Cap and shit, I don't care. The Cap doesn't matter when you can gain Draft capital and offload nuisances. If you can trade Tyreek for a 1st, do it. Even if it's a 2nd and a 3rd or something, do it. You *have* to make this roster fresher and tougher, and Tyreek ain't it. And if you can trade Chubb, do it, but if you can't, cutting him is fine too. The only way I'm not cutting Chubb is if Weaver says he wants a three-headed monster (and insurance for injuries). In which case, you have the ability to give Chubb a year to show that he's good to go, and trade him after the 2025 season. And if you can get a lot for Ramsey, do it. >Resign Ogbah, throw the bank at Sieler, resign Benito, make sure Dodson and Brooks are locked down, force Mr Glass to retire, pray Calais comes back, if Holland is ok with a smaller contract great, if not let him walk or tag and trade; etc. >I don't think backup QB is the issue, I like Huntley there, the issue is McDaniel and the OL. If the offense could reliably run the ball more, then this isn't a problem. People are just blindly crying about it, because...? I don't fucking know. But if we're really wanting a new backup QB, don't waste money on Darnold, go get Mac Jones. >Sign Jedrick Wills in Free Agency to be your RT, or at least compete with AJ. If Tennessee isn't asking for too much, trade for Treylon Burks. Try trading for Evan Neal. Sign Najee Harris if the price isn't absurd. If we want to, throw the bag at Trey Smith. Sign a Safety in FA, the level of guy depends on how you want to do the Draft. I don't see Free Agency as long-term fixes necessarily, but at least an influx of talent and toughness. >This Draft is about acquiring more capital, upgrading the IOL, and then seeing what's the best available. The only way I'm ok with Miami staying at 13, is if somehow McMillan or Graham drop to that, or they got a steal in the Tyreek trade that gave them another 1st in the middle of the round (in which case, it's Starks, Warren, or Will Johnson if the other two are gone). Come out of this Draft with Booker, Milum, or Rattledge, grab talent on Day 3 that you try to develop (Charles Grant). At the end of the day, this team is either going to become a bully ball team under McDaniel, or be prepared to become one under a new regime, and 2025 was preparation for it. I'm fucking tired of the cute shit, I'm tired of not being able to dictate the trenches, I'm tired of loud personalities who're wildly overrated and cost too much, I'm tired of having the worst OL in the league for the better part of a decade. Dipshits can blame Tua all they want, but it's not on him. You can't ask a QB to deal with the worst OL, bad coaching, no ground-game, and his WRs constantly shitting the bed; and then cry when it's not a consistently smooth operation, or when he gets hurt trying to make it work. We can't focus too much on the defense this year, because it can survive enough, and do a lot more, when the offense actually does their job by giving them rest, leads, confidence, etc.

I am not a doom and gloom. Things didn’t work out this season but the team can win games. 1. Address the offensive line. We need guards and backup tackles. 2. Backup Qb - someone that has been a starter in the league and can come in just in case Tua is out. 3. Tua. Figure out what you need to do to remain healthy. The shift this year was focusing on getting back to moving around in the pocket and scrambling. It didn’t work. Maybe we need a heavier Tua again? 4. Safeties. We need two of them. 5. Let’s just get healthy. Chubbs and Phillips will be back. With chop coming back a year in the NFL, we should have a good pass rush next year.

We absolutely must address both Guard positions if we want to bring back a running game and have the ability to win in cold weather. It's not rocket science and has taken many teams to a Superbowl victory. So why did both Grier and McOnionring completely ignore it last year. Our coach is supposed to be a run-game guru, so it's unbelievable that he would go into the season with two crap guards and no backup for the tackle. Tua's passing game will also improve by fixing the guard/run game situation. Only after this should they move to some defensive issues like Safety

I don't think they are in the worst position but players who are encouraged are more likely to renegotiate or extend and I'm not sure who is happy right now...maybe J. Smith. Of course none of it matters if they don't fix the offensive line. When I play with the draft simulator, the tackle from Texas is there but they say the knock on him is he might have to play guard...which is fine, a powerful guard who can also play swing back-up tackle? High pick for that but a great fit.

How does Ross justify anything at this point, especially when he has to sign a bunch of checks for some older guys to put the team in a worse position in the future? Negative 16 million right now in cap space....Ross must have early onset dementia. The Patriots will have a bunch of great draft picks, a ton of money and a coach that's not an idiot. Ross should be very concerned about next year with the two schlubs he put and left in charge Kraft fired mayo after one year and the team was bad to begin with. He gave him no rope. In NE, the sports guys all spoke about Mayo having the same exact issues as Mcdaniel. It was a carbon copy. Game management, locker room, clock issues. Fired.

We need to draft jaxson Dart, a legitimate qb who has huge upside. We cant count on tua being healthy at all, hes fragile like glass. I'm really hoping next season grier and Mcdaniels get fired and dart outplays tua. We need a fresh start with a fresh new culture change. With all those 3 gone then miami future will be bright.

We don't need running backs or wide receivers. We need a healthy QB. We need a leader in the locker room and a motivater during the week.. Grier has hired and fired so many coaches that it's hard to see anything new on the field. Grier can't draft worth a damn and he can't manage the salary cap. So he's dead weight. I can't see Grier doing anything for this team. He has run our QB under the bus so I'm sure the players don't respect him. So yeah who is excited for next year. The team is broke and the fans have no excitement. Good job Stephen Ross and Chris Grier.

i was watching the NFL Throwback on the coaching trees of all the coaches in the history of the NFL and when they spoke about Walsh and the West Coast offense, they specifically mentioned that the West Coast Offense does *NOT* put an emphasis on the Oline but rather the timing passes etc. This is why the Phins FO is operating that the OLine is fine. I believe it's the lack of mobility at the QB position is what is exposing the Oline more than it should have to be if we had a QB that you weren't afraid of curling up into a fetal position the next time he takes a hit.
