Excellent video. I like how you speak slowly, take your time, pan slow, and very non scripted content, just feels like I am a buddy walking along with you. And you don't talk non stop either which gives the viewer a break to soak in the sites virtually. I think you can do well doing real estate tours of Miami homes.

Truth Facts I though Dubai had a fairly diverse economy. However I could be wrong, and a lot of Florida's economy is based on tourism. I feel it is similar, but not sure with out looking into it.

The facts are Texas is getting younger people and more substantial company headquarters and jobs while Floridas big boom is due to old people, who have location independent income and or are retired....Not sure how that addresses the issue of the fountain.
