You can be a team player and confident...with a little bit of swagger and bravado. You better practice, play, and compete with that same intensity. And you better have no personal foul penalties. We need to add wrinkles to our read option run. Starting Martinez 1/2yd behind the center and telling him to fimnd a crease isnt his strength. Start the read option on an angle, and deeper. Move Cam 1/2yd, left or right depending on play. This will make the read option RB run more effective.

Running the ball didn't put us behind. We were able to run over 5yds a carry for the 1st 8 minutes of the game. It's when qe had incomplete passes and penalties, and got behind on the sticks. 2nd and 3rd and long.
