The latest Miami’s real estate market news is incredibly interesting. Miami is turning into the country’s new political and financial powerhouse as the new presidential administration takes office, further supporting the monumental growth we’ve seen over the last few years, and we expect will stay are on the horizon for Miami’s housing market.
We expect steady demand as more businesses and wealthy families relocate to our sunny shores. As a result, we do not expect prices to drop, and in some segments, to still rise.
And, with the latest crop of new construction condos bridging the market gap for ultra-luxury, spacious condos developed for the end-user, the very definition of true luxury has evolved to start at $2.5 million, up from $1 million in previous years.

We earn fees when properties sell, whether they are going up or down. Our job is to guide our clients to the real estate and lifestyle goal they have. "KZbinrs'" jobs are to get as many eyeballs as possible, and negativity sells. Miami has both tailwinds and some clear headwinds right now. While there are always chances for turbulence along the way, Miami has a bright future. The wealthy continue to move here in droves.
