I knew the Mandarin was going to be #1 before I clicked on the video, I agree with your picks, although I would have added the St. Regis Residences Miami on there. Especially the A and B lines. Great video, thanks!

Great overview as usual, David. Question: If someone wants to purchase one of these homes and make it their primary residence (living in it for 20-30 years) can you talk about what we’re looking at as far as increases to HOA fees, assessments, insurance, etc over that time period? Especially given the geo-technical challenges of the region (sea level, storms, infrastructure). This topic could be an idea for another video.
