I rented for a year in South Florida but when I went to buy, I didn’t find a place in that immediate area. Get a realtor and look in Miramar or Pembroke Pines about 20 minutes away from Miami with great schools, shopping and fun places to visit. This is Broward county. Love watching you.

Miramar and Pembroke are kind of ghetto in my opinion. A lot of Miami has gone downhill, you have to go more North for the nicer areas, like west palm beach, Naples, port st Lucie, etc. Anything from fort Lauderdale down south is or is becoming ghetto. I live in fort Lauderdale and getting out of there soon, going up North!

Florida is great…. I live in Melbourne about 3 hours north of Miami. Still really mild weather in the winter but it is a lot less crowded (and a lot less expensive) than Miami.

So just a little itty bitty bit of advice, when Jovi is home put Myla in his lap always and she will be good with that all of the time after a while. Then when you're out it will be no problem. And Yara will not have to hold the baby all the time. 💚

Yeah not for me. In my opinion I feel very fortunate to experience ALL seasons. It’s not Christmas or December unless you’re wearing your UGG boots, sweaters and seeing some snow flurries.❄️☃️🎄 I will take summer and the beach in the summertime-June through August though.☀️🏖👙 To each his own 🤷🏻‍♀️ of all the places in the world Jovi wants to live in of course he chooses Miami.
