Great video. Miami will be a completely different city in a couple of years. The amount of construction ongoing in all parts of the county is truly monumental.

all these billions..for luxury shopping, condos and restaurants. Not a single mention of a Cultural arts Center, Jazz Club, a museum, library, auditorium nor amphitheater, or multipurpose place for events, fairs or festivals, ZERO SPACE FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS! Not even a simple park with a playground for kids! jezz...I feel sorry already for the kids of the people that choose to live here.

Stop crying before you drown in your own tears. Miami literally has a plethora of all that artsy-fartsy stuff you're bellyaching about. MWC isn't the whole city. It's just a piece of it. -__-

I moved out May 2022, sold my condo in 44 days. I bought a 3/2 house on 1/4 acre in small town Central Florida and had enough left over to upgrade. Miami three blocks west from where you are at is worse than the Third World. Condos after the Champaign Towers make living there unaffordable.

The need for change is always constant. We are happy you found a more suitable investment, lined up with your personality and goals. Regarding the unfortunate event of "Champlain Towers" if there could be one positive is that it has brought much needed reform for the proper management of older condominiums, and that's at a state level. Hence why we think buying new, as far as condos, is the way to go. We are happy to see the mixed use master plan of the MIAMI WORLD CENTER district, come alive, one developmen/phase-completed at a time. South Florida and Central Florida are very different in essences, we love there's a Florida for everyone. For those looking to be in a district in Miami within walkable reach to world class events, and access to everything iconic about our city, this location puts you within less than 10 minutes from everything, with no car needed, or even just walking to shops and entertainment. If you ever want to visit again, there will be a variety of short term rental options to come, and you can just take the train from Orlando to Miami. Many blessings for you in beautiful central Florida!

I suppose you are talking about Overtown. Over town is developing too.
