Of course, like any sport, soccer (fútbol) has its unique dynamics - but there are a couple of fundamentals: 1. Championships depend on executing very good defense 2. You must put the ball in the back of the net. Team Miami needs to raise its level of execution defensively. If Messi is not on his back heels due to defensive failure, then they should go through to the next round. Saludos de México!

Miami could have blown Atlanta out of the water the first game, save a miraculous game for Guzan. Away on Turf with no Busi and Bright second game. Third game at home... they will run Atlanta off the park.

It should be a good game, for sure. Enjoy! And thanks for tuning in to the show.

Yes, I know that's right cause the whole state of Atlanta full the stadium just to boost the team to win and they did, so inter Miami needs to do the same thing too.

Don’t worry we’ll win. Playing at home is a huge favor on our side. But without Busi that’s a problem. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Look at Neymar injury stats since 2014. It’s horrible. Missed butt loads of games. No thanks!!!

You like a season with one game that is playoffs...you take that, the best team can lose in one game, even Real Madrid so...the best team is miami by far Supporters Shield showed this...playoffs are a roulette (Columbus vs NY)..you like? you take what it comes; with one game the seed doesn't count because the seed is based on 34 games...PS the "stars" are more than 35 all, don't expect the Barca version otherwise they would in Europe...Greetings from ITALY!!

What's the point of pushing the worst scenario possible into the players head? I don't get it. They know what's on stake, every game is a KO game from now on.

I'm hoping for an inter win, but that would have to be the biggest upset in not only mls history, but north American sports the past 20 years if they lost to Atlanta.
@michellekaufman329421 күн бұрын

@RandomRay121 күн бұрын
@michellekaufman3294 yes, their have been plenty of upsets, but with the talent on the roster vs the atlanta team that squeaked into the playoffs. It would be quite the upset we've seen recently.

bringing Neymar is a terrible idea, what the team needs is defensive players

She is soo salty because Messi hasn’t given her a one-on-one interview since coming to Miami. She forgets that without Messi she would still be an unknown, so would Miami. Only when Messi retires will these ungrateful “journalists” feel that empty void they’ve been living. These “journalists” need to count their lucky stars for becoming temporarily relevant because of Messi.
@pithius219120 күн бұрын
"Ungrateful"...😂 maybe a little pessimistic? Everyone loves Messi, including Andre and Michelle, who have been covering Messi, Suarez and countless other soccer players for decades. Messi, as you know, inspires humility, respect and love for the beautiful game...follow Messi's example brother. ❤

Not salty at all. I have great respect for Lionel Messi and have been saying so and writing stories about him since he arrived. By the way, I did get a 1 on 1 interview with him (you can see the video on KZbin) and he was charming and nice and we had a good chat. Even on this podcast episode I was saying how amazing it was that he had back to back hat tricks. I merely pointed out that Atlanta has been giving him and Miami trouble all season.

@@michellekaufman3294 Fair. But as a person who's been following Messi's career since the beginning, I have to say that you are very critical of him, and the sarcastic words you use to describe him and what he has brought to MLS are unpleasant. He brought a last place team to a record season and supporter's shield...something Miami would probably not achieve anytime soon, if ever. Just asking you to be more positive and focus on the great things he has brought to Miami. Whether Miami wins or loses does not matter anymore, just appreciate what he brings to the game, it won't last long and believe you will miss him more than any other athlete, just ask Barcelona fans.

I can’t believe the nerve of Tata Martino smiling after the game! It infuriates me that our media isn’t tough enough to even call out these little things, unlike the press in the European leagues that would rip him apart. The first question I’d ask him would be, "Why do you look so happy or pleased??" Our media needs to be WAY tougher on this kind of nonsense!
