I don't think she doesn't like him, maybe she fell in love with him and it's bothering her. You can see that her mind looks shattered and she said that she thought that her love was real. Somehow she felt deceived, like she was a joke for o Ciel, because he didn't revealed his true identity since the beginning, she also felt like horrible person thinking that if OC, used his real name she would have rejected him because OC wasn't her fiance. I've reread the chapter 15 times to understand better and in my mind her dialogue about of her fake love keeps spinning in it

Etude x yeah, almost seems like she doesn’t like the name, but is totally in if he is her “”fiancé””, even though he wasn’t. I mean, she seems kinda horrified by the thought that she loved someone else that she believed to be her fiancé, but wasn’t.

I don’t understand why she got so much hate UNTIL the book of Atlantic was released? She was confused, probably afraid. She wanted to do anything she could to make Ciel happy but didn’t know how. Remember, this is Victorian age, I’m no expert, but there were probably stereotypes between men and women, as you can see, the men do all the work on Black Butler are are supposed to protect the girls. But Lizzy proved wrong. She was a great character from the beginning (*´ー｀*)

I didn't like Lizzy at first because I don't ship her with Ciel one bit. But after she protected Ciel from the Corpses she is more than worthy to marry then Queen's guard dog. I knew her running so fast each time was so freakin suspicious

Her mind and feelings must be a real mess, because she said that stayed with RC because she didn't want to lose him for second time, not because love, just like undertaker. Undertaker keeps him alive because he didn't want to lose another Phantomhive. Reread the chapter, look carefully Lizzy's face and expressions, she's broken
