Turtle called the recalls for Hauntzer and Sven! Bjerg initially disagreed but then changed his mind... I think thats why Turtle got the first hug tbh....saved the game.

It depends. Since sven & hauntzer backed, it gaurunteed a win. If they didnt back, it would then depend whether or not khazix & lucian backed. If khazix & lucian did back like how they originally planned, it would not matter, tsm would for sure win. If, however, khazix & lucian kept pushing and hauntzer & sven didnt back, they would actually have a chance to beat tsm. Khazix & lucian had already finished inhib when tsm didnt even start attacking the first outer turret.

yeah I think if they didn't back - it was a zix and lucian pushing not tanks, I think they would have had the dps to get to the nexus/stop tsm from their push. Glad bjerg realised the danger and changed his mind. Do you think if it was only turtle and not bjerg calling it they would of backed? Im not sure... It was the fact bjerg thought it was a "wtf" call and then was like oh yeah better do that actually.

But Sneaky and Contractz had like 3 ranged minion as a wave. As u can see they had to recall because they knew that it's an impossible race with such a huge setback of having to wait for a wave. But I acknowledge your point of better be safe than sorry. Still, I think the decision didn't affect the game at all.

My summary of the series Game 1- TSM stomps C9 with a near perfect victory Game 2- TSM wins the game through plenty of risky plays netting them an overall big advantage and win Game 3- TSM has control for most of it but C9 stalls out well enough until TSM throw the game with two major bad calls Game 4- C9 plays a great game against TSM by being able to counter a lot of engages and getting picks Game 5: Close game but C9 had the momentum and control but throw it in the dragon fight. Jensen lost the game due to the high stress environment and deserves the blame for the last fight especially considering smoothie was calling for Jensen to be careful moments before he gets bursts down without any ultimate being used on him either

My take away from this is C9 communicates slightly better but the individual players made more mechanical mistakes i.e. Ray popping the blast cone by accident and Jensen underestimating TSM's damage in the final fight and Sneaky with the greedy recall attempt. TSM's collective decision making won them the game even though C9 seemed to be shot-calling better and talking better up to that point.

u can seriously still hear SERIOUS team call issues from TSM even at the end of the last game, after the won teamfight, they lost some seconds trying to decide what to do. That's what costs TSM lots of wins in international field. No clear chain of command.

Was thinking that myself, but after rewatching it i realise that even with a baron recall by the time Contractz had backed and left the fountain TSM had allready taking down the inhib, and a solo khazix couldnt do anything against 3 of them. His best bet would be to help sneaky then there would be a small chance they could kill hauntzer and sven and then back for a 2v3. While i doubt this all went through his head in that split second decision, i think the game was lost regardless.
