I love how confident and at-ease he is around the players. It wasn't that long ago that he was a player himself, and that really comes through in the way he relates to them. I don't think it will be too long before Harbaugh leads this franchise to their first ever Super Bowl trophy.

I am a Seahawks fan but this year I am also a Chargers fan. You know when you hate a guy so much you just end up respecting him? When he was with San Fran I relished when Seattle would beat the 49ers but seeing how he got rail roaded out of SF I really felt sorry for him. I was actually hoping Seattle was going to hire him as he was my top coach I wanted. Everywhere this guy has gone he has created a winner. Just tons of respect and admiration for him. So this year I’ll be rooting for both the Seahawks and the Chargers.

Clete Blakeman is from Norfolk Nebraska, where my dad and his side of the family is from, I lived there briefly when I was a kid in the 90s. When clete started ref games on tv my dad was always like “that’s clete I watched him play high school ball in Norfolk” or something like “that’s clete, his mom was in a sewing circle with grandma” I love that harbaugh and Clete have this history and working relationship. More reasons this was the perfect hire in my eyes

Harbaugh clearly loves Derwin..he gravitated towards him and speaks about him often. I think he looking for James to lead this defense. Attitude is everything on defense and Jim knows it.
