Micah has a true heart for God. A lot of people get the wrong idea about Christians. I'm glad he set the record straight on his approach with non-believers. They need to feel welcome & not excluded because of their difference in faith or lack thereof.

they are able to charge less for their music. no one is taking cuts from sales. it goes directly to them.

Ummmm have you heard Micah talk about Children of Fire's concept, the album is most definitely focused on God, the main difference is the target audience. He has said in an interview that Children of Fire is directed towards those who are looking for God or those who are having trouble with their faith,while Son of the Morning is already for believers.

they didn't want so many people and groups taking their slice of the money pie. so they went independent to lower prices and to let fans know hey you are supporting us directly. and their albums are all very god themed/referenced. just because it doesn't directly say it, you can still pull element froms them that are.

I never said they didn't reference God or having some Christian elements, I was simply saying they weren't "Christian" albums.

I wouldn't necessarily say less christian, they seem to be making their songs seem less blatantly christian. Children of Fire was for sure a christian album, but it addressed the subject in story form rather than directly. From the story line they've released so far concerning the Titan EP I haven't seen any religious mentionings, but I could see it being tied in with the rebels in the story they have released so far.

They had a lot of problems with Solid State. They lost a lot of money on contract through Solid State so now through a self-release a lot of the money can go directly to them. Also, the band is taking a less Christian perspective on their music. Solid State is not really down for that and want predominantly Christian music released. Children of Fire and Titan EP are pretty different from Solid State's wants for the music they are releasing. Pretty much Solid State was restricting their music.

And it does matter if the don't make that choice they will suffer in hell for eternity. I know it sounds harsh especially in this modern time but it's what the Scripture says, it's truth. So this guy needs to read his bible alot more carefully and quit believing in some wishy washy theology.

I don't believe in eternal conscious suffering. The entire Old Testament doesn't mention hell and then there are only one or two verses in the New Testament that even hints that will be the case. I believe in Annihilationism.

David Clemons Hell is the temporary holding place for the wicked until Jesus comes back to judge the earth. Then the wicked will be thrown into the lake of fire along with Satan to suffer for eternity.

No, the current waiting place is Sheol/ Hades, and wicked and righteous go there. Then Jacob tore his garments and put sackcloth on his loins and mourned for his son many days. All his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted and said, "No, I shall go down to Sheol to my son, mourning." Thus his father wept for him. (Gen 37:34-35 ESV) Oh that you would hide me in Sheol, that you would conceal me until your wrath be past, that you would appoint me a set time, and remember me! (Job 14:13 ESV) Scripture teaches the wicked are destroyed. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Mat 10:28 ESV) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (Joh 3:16 ESV) The only verses you can take to mean that there is eternal conscious torment are in Revelation, and those don't make sense. Everywhere else in the Bible it says the wicked are destroyed. Not tormented.
