This is objectively the best jump scare in the game. Usually you expect the map to be elsewhere like everything else in the game, like a desk or a lone bot with no real purpose. The other jump scares in this game are usually seen coming if you’re observant and have been there more than once and knows who is there (with the exception of the Sun and some Moon parts). With the map bot, you don’t expect it, and it’s in an area you’d expect to have leeway (right outside the elevator). It’s funny that the two most chilling jump scares come from the kindly bots, but it makes the most sense as to why they’d be the scariest.
