Did you know that many of the cutscenes that happen indoors actually happen below the map? There are rooms hidden down there, they may be far away from the city too. And North Yankton is also out to the sea, it is so far that if you clip out of bounds in the very first mission and end up below the map, you fall into the water and big shark comes and eats you: that is the way GTA makes sure you won't swim too far from the shores.

About your ongoing police vs. witnesses in RDR2 thing: In RDR2 the law has to be informed - which takes a while. In GTA the police is usually called via a witness on a phone. So they don't have to run until they find a lawman. You can avoid the police in GTA often by eliminating anyone with a phone up when you steal a car. If you use a silencer it's amazing how rarely you're bothered by police outside of scripted events.

The big money plays are related to the stock market moves after each assassination mission. That's why Lester gives the tips about what stock to look at when he gives the mission. Many players wait until the main story missions are completed before doing the Lester assassination missions just to make sure they have the maximum amount of money to invest.

Great game play also buy suppressors for your guns snipers and hand guns then no one will hear you shoot

To take out stealthily the other fashion way you need suppressor on your weapon you can buy them at the ammunition
