Mike is such a class act. In all this, he took the high road. Never once trash talking Eddie or Wolfie. I'm happy to hear he got some closure. Props to Wolfie for inviting him to his show and having a sit down with him.

It was obvious to to me that Eddie just wanted to play with Wolfie and that is why he fired Micheal. All the other crap about trashing his playing ability etc. was just excuses because Eddie didn't have the sack to say the real reason IMHO.

Michael Anthony did NOTHING to deserve the treatment he got. Eddie AND Alex were active alcoholics and TBH conspired behind the scene and backstabbed Anthony... If it weren't for the character of Sammy Hagar, Anthony wouldn't have played on the 2004 tour. I'm a recovering alcoholic/addict with 18+ yrs. clean and was the same person as Alex and Eddie when using... I wish Eddie had of cleaned up back in the 90's... I believe we would still have him today if he had of. I AM glad for he and his family to have had a few years of clean before passing. RIP my friend... 😔

Michael was in a band of aholes and he didn't deserve it. But he was loyal and took the high road and he came out better for it. Karma. It's real.

Anthony received 25% for years, never contributing more than his playing and background vocals. Never contributing to the writing. He was getting money for songs he didn't write. 90%+ of other bands aren't as generous as Eddie was the first 5 years of the band's success. He didnt realize this until he saw Anthony with the same amount of riches as him. Of course Anthony wasn't going to complain about getting a pay cut. He was way over paid for years.

After reading Sammy's book I lost all respect for Eddie and Alex. They're both losers. Just sayin
