I love how Michael then went onto doing Hairspray UK tour for a couple of years and is now coming back to the west end in 2020 to play Edna in Hairspray! He just can’t give up thus role ahaha

I saw them all the first time I saw the show. They were absolutely amazing, and when I saw them at the stage door afterwards they were so gracious, signing autographs and posing for photos.

i went to this show on the 16th july (i think) and it nwas amazing. michael, leanne and ben were fantastic along with the rest of the cast and its sad that they have to go! HAIRSPRAY-----A MUST SEE!!!! xx

He said the swear words he used when Cathy and her friend waxed him were totally unreaptable he thinks Cathy really loved doing that Michael always thanks not just the cast but the background people as well through his Radio 2 show he was still able to connect with his audience during lock down which he loves
