Ultimately Mike Beales agenda succeeds on the progress of the Team which is strong as the weakest link. thus periodic qualitative and quantitative assessment of performance for each player is essential.At QPR there are a few members of the squad on big bucks that underperform regularly based on media player ratings.Mikes theory into practice is like a new broom at QPR that sweeps clean.................
