One of my all time favourite MMA moments was Bisping getting the KO on Rockhold on a few weeks notice. This man is a grinder, seeing him finally get that belt over a decade later with his family there and his kids and wife on cloud nine was heartwarming. I really empathize with Bisping. Its hard being the type of person who is an over analyst. It's easier to be the type of person who's aloof and thinks about the here and now, when problems come up you deal with them and the stress is gone, but with Bisping hes dealing with problems mentally that are happening in the present, future and all potential futures, the stress of all those things weighs on you like a mf. Bisping won the fight clearly... But it can't be a Win he is happy and content with . He took some of the worst punishment he ever received in his career and looked pretty bad overall in his performance. He definitely outpointed Henderson with activity , But I know deep down Bisping is not to thrilled with that "Revenge victory" Still till this day , people still mock him telling him he got destroyed by a Grandpa TWICE

sd as true, but hendo was well past his prime by the second fight, basically at the end of the road. Bisping still couldn’t finish old hendo either. Bisping will never live down that first knockout loss to hendo. He got knocked into the following week lol.
