He was a superb finger picker and fantastic guitarist i still remember seeing this in 1973 aged 11 and i was amazed at it....59 now, still amazed magical , he was a special guy, one of the greats

i had the pleasure of seeing Michael perform once at a private show in a small intimate apartment on one of his tours (opening for steve gunn , you would think steve gunn would be opening for Chapman) i had heard the rumors of his insatiable taste for red wine and brought with two bottles of who knows what but he enjoyed one of them right there on the spot. a night i wont forget. RIP Michael , save some wine for the rest of us !

ive seen this episode, im pretty sure after he does this one he sings a song which has a chorus that goes something like "I cant wait to get to London, cos London's halfway home." Ive been goin crazy trying to find it, starting to think I might have just dreamt it. Does it ring any bells for anyone else? Cheers
