Sounds a lot like Sufism. Also i just think its so funny how Michael is the polar opposite of Christopher Moltisanti. It just goes to show what an amazing, gifted actor he really is

A very interesting video that shows that everybody can take a spiritual path. Enlightenment is the "ultimate" point of our life, that everybody interested in spirituality wants to reach. I'm not sure we can, but like Michel, it's possible to improve and learn. As far as I'm concerned, I suppose I'm quite Young and already aware of many things. I was Lucky that I met a man a few years ago who help me understand things. Now I think "no more drama". Our thoughts obviously influence our life. I understand compassion not taking sadness/anger etc. from people in order to help them, but listening to them and trying to understand them, trying to share good énergies. Being kind is supposed to be something natural, coming from the heart. If it's "unnatural", artificial or forced it's like there is no energy at all. It's just empty. We all have energy, the most important is to be conscious of it and to use it the best way we can. Concerning meditation, I think the best way to stop the mental from talking and disturbing us, is to breath deeply, calmly and be aware of it. Being aware of the flow of energy in our body. The problem is we think too much and don't feel enough. Let's connect to our inner self :)

Coming from a guy who hand fed his Emmy to orphans. The same guy, I might add, who yelled "I'M COMING TO KILL YEAU!!!" at me in a parking lot. Guess this really is a W, for all the hard working folks at...uhh..."Empathy and Compassion in Society." What society?! THIS society?? HA!

Jimmy The Clown- And I'm sure there are many Fundamentalist Christians who gave up on Conservative, Trinitarian Christianity and became Buddhists or other Eastern Religions.

The New Age Movement, seems to me, to have started and never filled out any true end point. In other words the New Age has manifested in all its broken fractured and oblique ways. My parents generation, late 50’s early 60’s Acid Heads(Beggars at the Gate)saw New Age Novel.
