Yes, get that name out to the public. Laws need to change in this area. There need to be laws in place to seriously punish false accusers. False accusations against men happen all the time, both in public and private. It is especially a problem in the family court system where lawyers advise their female clients to levy false abuse allegations against a man to get the upper hand in child custody and property distribution. Not to mention the many false sexual assault allegations. Nobody, either male or female should be able to throw false allegations around with no repercussions. In today’s society, a woman is the most dangerous threat to any man.

I wonder more about why Jane Doe doesn’t come out of her own volition at this point? Using Legal Pads reasoning as to why Michael Irvin is protecting her real name as my basis, where he stated that since Michael Irvin now has the moral high ground his lawyers do not want to release her real name because doing so would open her up to scrutiny and possible harassment; thus losing that high ground as she gains public sympathy; now gives her a good reason to come out. Maybe set up an interview with a popular sports talk show host; I suggest Mike Greenberg of Get Up; and give an interview. With ongoing litigation she has a great reason to not answer certain questions, or divulge any information pertinent to her case, but her lawyers can coach her or even be present at the interview. It is possible that she would come out looking worse depending on her personality, or even how she comes across in her communication skills.

Michael's employer may have had Michael on a 'short leash' due to unknown actions that he may have committed recently or even deeper in his employment history. His employer's contract with Marriott may have stipulated the procedure to be followed if Michael's conduct created a trigger point for a vendor to report him. None of us have the entire set of facts by which the decision to evict Michael was made. Michael may be entirely innocent, but steadfastly anointing him as a Choir Boy is irresponsible without the full knowledge of the backstory of his stay at this hotel and his HR records at his employer.

I have a question? what if the man accuses a female of sexual misconduct. Do they have to hide his identity? Or is this only for women. Question number 2. Can a job fire you because of a complaint of a hotel. You stayed at that has nothing to do with your job. For example I work at a McDonald. Hotel called my job. And say your employee sexually harassed my worker. And they fire you can't you sue your job.

I think her name should be revealed. Video evidence shows she's already lied.. Irving's reputation is already damaged from this no matter the outcome. If there was no video I'd say keep her name a secret but not anymore.

She reported the incident to her employer, who intern, reported said incident to Michael Irvin's employer, who then suspends him from his employment. Then the media gets hold of it and here we are. By her reporting the incident to her employer, is that considered public disclosure as you state. I don't think it's a good idea to reveal her name. You can state all the law statutes, however, the fact is, the public cannot be trusted. Pretty much everyday, it's reported that someone is acting out. Mass shootings, in-flight conflicts, road rage, employee rage, and the list goes on and on. This isn't Michael Irvin's first rodeo with him defending himself against sexual misconduct. That is a fact. Everybody and their brothers knows it. But if it goes to trial, I don't think you can bring that up. I am guessing it doesn't go to trial and it's settled between both parties with NDAs, Then the question will be, will the NFL continue to employ him. He's a marked man whether his guilty or not.

I actually believe Jane Doe could be either a person with an emotional/ psychological disability or, she is a victim of coercion and intimidation by her employer or another person or persons. So, I say wait to see if Irving reveals her name in the next court filing. If not, then file your motion.

There has been several cases of women falsely accusing men of crimes. Courts and media disclosing their real names could help the defense in discovery and encourage relavent witnesses to come forward who may be aware of her having a history or cause for lying or mental illness etc. In some past cases where the woman falsely accused a man of committing a crime her family or friends testified against her that she told them she was lying to get money or revenge etc. So I definitely believe you should file the motion to reveal her true name especially in light of the video showing she was lying. IMHO the courts and the media have become so biased towards protecting women it has allowed bad actors (e.g. Amber Heard) to exploit the system to the detriment of men.

people has not been scrutinising the video properly (including irvin's lawyer). jane doe walked first into the bar ahead of irvin. u cant see her until irvin stopped walking into the bar n stepped back as jane doe came out facing irvin. Meaning - she turned around n intercepted irvin. At the point jane doe entered n cannot be seen behind the door of the bar, see that the manager clapped towards jane doe direction (not seen at that point) - looks like a signal to turn. this is an operation gone wrong. Irvin not entering the bar moved w jane doe outside the bar gets the whole incident on video (and behind the manager's vision - it irritated him). I am also curious if one notice the security guard moving around irvin all the time. there's something rotten in the state of denmark ... 😊😊
